Returns & Exchanges
Need to return or exchange your merch? No problem!
We understand that sometimes sizing or preferences don’t work out. You can return or exchange your item easily, just follow the steps below.
Just start by filling out our Contact Form and selecting “Return/Exchange” from the dropdown. Provide your order details and what you’d like to do (refund or exchange with new size), and we’ll send you step-by-step instructions.
Please note that choosing carefully helps avoid delays, but we’re here to make the process simple if you need to make a change.
1. Submit Your Request
Go to the Contact Page and choose “Return/Exchange” from the query type dropdown. Include:
- The item you’re returning
- Whether you want a refund or an exchange (and the new size if exchanging).
2. We'll initiate your return and send Instructions
Once we receive your request, we’ll email you detailed instructions, including:
- How to pack your item in an internal mail satchel.
- Where to send it (Victoria Store Support).
- How to complete your packing slip.
