Can I get my order delivered to my home?

Yes, you can get your order delivered to your home. We offer a flat $10 delivery to homes alongside the standard pickup in store option.

How do I choose my store for delivery?

You’ll select your store on the cart page when checking out. This store will be used for delivery, regardless of the address entered later.

Why do I need to enter a delivery address at checkout?

If you have chosen Pickup at store as your fulfilment method, Shopify requires a delivery address to process the order, but don’t worry, this address is ignored. Your order will go to the store you selected earlier. If you have selected delivery, then this is where your purchase will be directed to.

How long will delivery take?

Once dispatched, pickup orders usually take 8–12 working days to arrive at your selected store or support office. Once your order is ready for pickup, your local reception team will notify you.

For delivery to homes, Australia Post will indicate an approximate delivery date for your parcel to arrive. This will be around 5-7 days from fulfilment.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You’ll receive automated emails confirming when your order has been placed and when it’s dispatched. Once your order arrives at your store, your local reception team will let you know so you can collect it.
